Manse was contracted by CPMS to Remove the old ticket‑office structures, remodel the concrete floor for level changes, and install new concrete ramp access, all delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Manse builders in partnership with our clients Prime Seal carried out the roofing installations to his new high school in Ashton in Makerfield near Wigan.
This project included the installation of over ten thousand square metres of safety nets and over five hundred LM of triple handrail around the perimeter of the newly erected steel frame.
Our team was engaged in the installation of IKO hotmelt systems and built up felts on this project. We where also instructed to carry out the installation of finishes to the communal roof areas.
Manse projects had the opportunity to install metal decking and Bauder hotmelt systems to the new Baird and Anchor buildings at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Our guys where happy to assist with the install of metal decking and in construction of timber up stands to the perimeter of the canopy roof as well as install of VCL to seal the decking and upstand .
Manse operatives began the removal of the old roofing system that was badly perished and well beyond its intended service life and installed a new Protan EX-A fully bonded single ply system to the three main roof areas.
