The Challenge
CPMS needed a trusted contractor to refurbish internal structures at Glasgow Central Station, one of the UK’s busiest transport hubs. The project required strict health & safety, tight scheduling, and minimal disruption to the public.
Solution
Manse Builders provided a carefully planned and assessed solution that enabled removal of existing internal structures within the ticket office and alterations to the concrete floor. The team removed structures, completed floor level changes, and installed concrete ramp access. They ensured full environmental protection and safety throughout the process, adhering strictly to the approved methods of work and KPIs to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
