CPMS needed a trusted contractor to refurbish internal structures at Glasgow Central Station, one of the UK’s busiest transport hubs. The project required strict health & safety, tight scheduling, and minimal disruption to the public.
Manse Builders provided a carefully planned and assessed solution that enabled removal of existing internal structures within the ticket office and alterations to the concrete floor. The team removed structures, completed floor level changes, and installed concrete ramp access. They ensured full environmental protection and safety throughout the process, adhering strictly to the approved methods of work and KPIs to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
“I would not hesitate to recommend Manse Projects to other businesses. I would imagine any project would benefit from a team like this, well organised, well equipped, and experienced enough to complete the task at hand safely and to a high standard. I was particularly impressed with the Manse team’s approach to health and safety. Their excellent set of RAMs and Greig’s team’s ability to follow them enabled the safe execution of all aspects of the project, especially those involving an interface with patrons of the station and members of the public.” – George Mitchell, CPMS
